Agreement to Terms

provided by Trevlac Computer Services Ltd. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using Form Builder, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree
with any part of these Terms, you may not access the service.

If you are using this service on behalf of an organization (such as a school or district),
you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

- File upload and document management

User Accounts
Account Creation
To use certain features of Form Builder, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or
engage in prohibited activities. You may also request account deletion by contacting
your administrator or our support team.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Form Builder only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Use the service to collect or store credit card numbers or sensitive payment information
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Data and Content

You retain ownership of any data you submit through Form Builder. By using our service,
you grant us a license to store, process, and transmit your data as necessary to provide
the service.

of electronic storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining backups of

You may not upload or submit content that:

Intellectual Property

is owned by Trevlac Computer Services Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,
EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED,
SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not
limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TREVLAC COMPUTER SERVICES LTD. SHALL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,
OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not
exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trevlac Computer Services Ltd. and its
officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or
expenses arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you submit through the service
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada,
without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these
Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of
material changes by posting a notice on our platform or sending an email. Your
continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance
of the modified Terms.
